The Otomi designs are Mexico’s most plagiarized design. They are from the highlands of Hidalgo and Puebla and have become popular all over the world. Due to the plagiarism faced by the artisans, selling their art has become difficult and they often have to sell at a loss just to meet the market price set by the plagiarized versions. 

Half of profits from sale of the Otomi prints will go back to the artisans who deserve the recognition for their work. The other half will go towards supporting other artisans in various communities through covering shipping costs, materials, or simply purchasing new products from them to support them.
